visit for months.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I didn&#8217;t want to do anything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not because the town was class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And do you know what usually happens?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Something wonderful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I&nbsp;discover&nbsp;a bookstore.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A waterfront caf\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A scenic trail.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A local market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or I simply sit and enjoy where I am.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travel becomes more enjoyable when every&nbsp;minute&nbsp;doesn&#8217;t&nbsp;have a job.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I Stop Before I Feel class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Those are&nbsp;very different&nbsp;things.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hydration Solves More Problems Than People Realize&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I know.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This advice is about as exciting as a lecture on proper sock organization.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But it works.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many symptoms people blame on travel are actually signs of mild dehydration.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Simple habit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Big payoff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I Sleep Like Sleep Actually class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patience\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Focus\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Decision-making\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Basically&nbsp;everything.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yet travelers often sacrifice sleep first.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Late dinners.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early tours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Long drives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early flights.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After&nbsp;sixty,&nbsp;I&#8217;ve&nbsp;learned that protecting sleep improves the entire trip.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One extra hour of sleep class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You simply thought you did.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I walk at&nbsp;my&nbsp;pace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rest when I class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The museum still opens on time.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The destination&nbsp;remains&nbsp;perfectly content to wait for me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A giant meal in the middle of the day might taste wonderful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It can also make me want a nap powerful enough to alter weather patterns.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Balance matters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Especially on active travel days.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 it already.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s&nbsp;not the time to push harder.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s&nbsp;the time to stop.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I now take road-trip breaks every couple of hours.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Walk around.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stretch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drink water.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Move.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five minutes can completely change how you feel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Walking Helps Prevent Travel Fatigue&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p
