Dirty Keto is unfortunately how the ketogenic diet is introduced to a lot of people.
The ketogenic diet is a lchf diet (low carb high fat) that trains your body to use ketones as fuel instead of carbohydrates.
The keto diet can be great for losing weight, sharpening your mind, and fighting illnesses but just because you have ketones in your bloodstream does not necessarily mean you are healthy. Doing dirty keto reduces those efforts by adding excess inflammation through low quality foods.
We recommend a different approach to the keto diet that we call Keto Plus- it's a lchf diet that focuses on quality foods first, and worries about counting macros second.
